Our Services
Advanced equine care built on precision, experience, and integrity
At Performance Equine Specialists, every service begins with one principle, diagnosis before treatment. We do not just manage symptoms. We find the cause, explain it clearly, and design a plan that helps each horse recover and perform safely.
Sports Medicine and Lameness Evaluation
Soundness problems are rarely simple. That is why our work starts with detailed evaluation, advanced imaging, and movement analysis. From subtle gait changes to more obvious lameness, our goal is to determine the reason behind every performance issue.
- Comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and diagnostic workups
- Pre-purchase examinations with full imaging and health review
- Joint therapies including PRP and Athramid treatments
- Regenerative medicine options tailored to tendon, ligament, and joint health
“We don’t guess. We diagnose, explain, and treat what’s real, not what’s convenient.”

Diagnostic Imaging
We provide advanced, mobile-capable imaging systems that support accurate, on-site diagnosis.
- Digital Radiography, Sound and Eklin DR, for immediate skeletal imaging
- Digital Ultrasound for soft-tissue and tendon evaluation
- Endoscopy and Gastroscopy for upper airway and gastric assessment
- Access to MRI and CT via trusted referral partners
“Computer technology changed everything, especially image quality. MRI, CT, radiographs, ultrasounds… the detail we get now is astronomical.”
